NIC renovated one half of this 6-unit building turning 3 one-bedroom units into 3 two-bedroom units with laundry. This allowed the clients to increase rents given the attractiveness of 2-bedrooms, in-suite laundry, and fully updated styles. NIC replaced kitchens, doors, floors, trim, bathrooms, and more. The clients brought in some of their own trades with one who left them hanging, but NIC brought in a trusted subcontractor to keep the project moving along. NIC worked with the client, trades, and the team to get this project over the finish line.
