Bob Dias
Bob, a seasoned real estate investor, has successfully flipped four properties and currently owns nine rental units. In 2018, he and Ian met at a real estate meet-up, where Ian's questions impressed Bob and sparked their professional relationship. By November of 2020, Ian was in need of support for his growing construction business, and after a recommendation from a mutual friend, he reached out to Bob for assistance. The two teamed up and have been working together ever since. Bob is now planning to build a new home with his family on their existing lot in 2023.
