Ian Poulin
Ian's journey in real estate investing began when he purchased his first house at his university graduation in 2017, specifically in the Niagara Region. He quickly expanded his portfolio by completing his first duplex conversion in early 2020 and was soon after approached to complete a triplex conversion for a client. Despite working full-time as a Finance Manager for Volkswagen, Ian was eager to take on the challenge and help maximize the potential of the property for his client. Ian's expertise in the real estate industry extends to house hacking, joint venturing, construction, sourcing on and off-market deals, and securing seller financing. He currently owns six properties, including five duplexes in Welland and a single-family home in Niagara Falls. In 2022, Ian successfully built his own house in Welland. In his free time, Ian enjoys traveling, cars, food, fitness, and spending time with good people.
